Position Title: Document Controller
Location: Project-based, flexible within the UK
Role Summary:
The Document Controller manages document control processes across assigned construction projects, ensuring seamless information flow, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This role liaises daily with Project or Senior Project Managers and coordinates with the Document Control Manager on broader documentation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with timely document access and management.
- Set up and maintain digital document control systems and site records.
- Oversee document quality standards, compliance, and H&S records.
- Facilitate communications with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Organise and support project events and initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Document control experience within construction or related fields.
- Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Egnyte).
- Strong organisation and communication skills for effective coordination.
