Henry Martin is assisting our client in their search for an experienced Document Controller to be based on-site in Central London. Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team and manage the flow of critical project documentation.

As a Document Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all project documentation is effectively managed, securely stored, and appropriately distributed across the team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and facilitating seamless document exchange between departments and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Asite is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Ensure documents are stored in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Distribute documents to relevant team members, clients, and subcontractors as needed.
  • Track document versions and ensure timely updates and revisions.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure all documentation complies with company and project standards.
  • Provide support and training to team members on document management processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to document control procedures.
