I am looking for a Document Controller in London.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with document management systems such as Aconex, Pro-Core, or A.site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are filed correctly.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth and efficient document flow.
- Ensure compliance with document control procedures and standards.
- Provide timely and accurate document retrieval as required by the project team.
- Support the administration of various document management systems, including Aconex, Pro-Core, or A.site.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience with Aconex, Pro-Core, or A.site is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in construction or engineering industries is a plus.
