Document Controller- M&E- 36k- 41k- Canary Wharf- Permanent Position- Principal Contractor Experience

My client, a leading M&E contractor are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join their Team on a Permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity to join a growing business who progress from within.

The ideal candidate will have Procore experience and will have experience in Administration and managing EDMS. You will also be able to perform audits and offer training on systems

  • Document Control Processes and Procedures for the Business
  • Using document management systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint) to manage project documentation.
  • Maintain electronic document management systems (Procure)
  • Ensuring that our project documents are secure and are easily accessible.
  • Create and maintain a document register to track the status of all documentation.
  • Ensure that document numbering and version control are followed
  • Check all incoming and outgoing documents are compliant with project standards.
  • Identify and resolve any non-compliance issues with document submissions
  • Coordinate with team members to address document-related issues or queries.
  • Minute Taking in Team Meetings
  • Purchase Order Management
  • Expenses for the Business
  • Generate regular reports on document status, including outstanding approvals and overdue submissions.
  • Manage all Sensitive Documentation
  • Liase with the team to ensure approval of documents

Monday to Friday Office and Site Based- 8.00- 17.00.
