A friendly and collaborative architecture and interior design practice in the heart of London is looking for a confident Document Controller to join their growing team. The ideal candidate would have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised. This role is varied, offering the chance to work on multiple projects and support the wider office with document management.

We’re looking for someone with industry experience, ideally in architecture or the built environment, who is comfortable using document management systems such as Conject, Aconex, Viewpoint, or Asite. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask are key, as is a friendly, professional approach to teamwork.
