What Youll Do:
Conduct immediate needs assessments for clients
Proactively manage cases and support individuals with life-altering injuries
Use your excellent communication skills to help clients set and achieve rehabilitation goals
Focus on delivering goal-driven, client-centred care
Who Were Looking For:
HCPC, NMC, or equivalent professional registration
At least 2 years of post-registration clinical experience
