Job Title: Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Maintenance: You will be responsible for performing daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas, which may include pantries, washrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, and communal spaces. It is essential to ensure that all floors and areas are presentable and meet the client's standards. Utilise cleaning machinery and products safely and effectively, maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
  • Quality Checks: Conduct regular inspections of your assigned areas to ensure they meet quality and cleanliness standards. Attention to detail is crucial in maintaining the excellent standards we strive for.
  • Event Support: Assist with housekeeping tasks related to events and functions, ensuring all spaces are prepared and maintained throughout these activities. Your contribution will help create a positive experience for our guests during events.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Promptly report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor or Workplace Experience Manager.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt response to any cleaning-related requests from staff or guests. Your excellent customer service skills will contribute to ensuring a positive experience for everyone at the site.
  • Flexibility: Be adaptable to changes in duties and work hours, especially during events or special functions. You will work collaboratively with our team and independently when required.

Skills:

  • Experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role in a luxury or high-standard environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to handle last-minute changes and additional duties as needed.
