DOOR PERSON - £30,900 - VAUXHALL
42 HOURS PER WEEK PREDOMINANTLY 12 HOUR DAY SHIFTS WITH FLEXIBILITY TO WORK NIGHTS AS REQUIRED
To support the drive and strategy, promoting encouragement of the residential door & concierge experience in order to meet and exceed our residences expectations, enhancing our reputation for excellence.The role of the Door person is to provide a safe and enjoyable residential environment, creating a real warm sense of arrival and fond farewell.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Acts as a liaison with all in guests in person with all residents, their guests and visitors.* Ensure a clean environment both pre and post resident move-in and move-out process.* To ensure consistent knowledge of our vision & roots and all other service standards or operating procedures and assist the house manager in their implementation ensuring our residential & guest experiences.* Welcome all guests to the village in a hospitable and professional attitude at all times with a key focus on the sense of arrival and creating everlasting moments.* To ensure any keys removed from concierge or estates management are returned to always ensure a safe and secure building.* Assist with the delivery and support of the Building Safety Act 2022 where appropriate; ensuring that buildings are safe and feel safe for all stakeholders.* Working alongside security and concierge teams to ensure a safe and secure building with access controls in place at all times.* Assist with incoming deliveries of food, parcel & shopping deliveries.* Assisting with bags, luggage and directions or assist in arranging taxis and transport as required* Ensuring clear communications between residents and the team that any requests are actioned swiftly.* To ensure any damage noted on vehicles are highlighted through the appropriate procedure upon accepting and returning of residents vehicles.* Communicate all resident's enquiries with the relevant departments ensuring action.* Responsible for maintaining the highest quality database relating to resident's preferences Understanding each resident is Exclusive in line with guidelines* Ensure that any request received from a resident is completed through Quick and Efficient Service.
* To greet our residents, their guests and visitors with Engaging in Eye Contact whilst bidding farewell.in order to promote a climate of warmth and care.
