The Chelsea Harbour Hotel is seeking an experienced M&E Operations Floor Managerwho will be required to supervise the day to day running of the Meetings and Events operations with the support and guidance of the M&E Operations Manager.
AsM&E Operations Floor Manageryour key responsibilities include:
- Deliver top-tier guest care and service in the Meetings & Events (M&E) Department.
- Ensure team members meet uniform, grooming, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee the department in the M&E Operations Managers absence.
- Set up and break down event spaces per SOPs, conducting quality checks.
- Maintain strict stock control and report any losses or damages.
- Act as the main client contact, executing events per specifications.
- Build strong client relationships for future events.
AsM&E Operations Floor Managerthe essential skills required are:
- Effective communication within the department and ensure that the Department Manager is kept well informed of any problems/queries that have arisen.
- Fully conversant with COSHH regulations and Risk Assessments for the department.
