One of our clients, a well-known luxury hotel and leisure brand, with offices based in Central London, are looking for an experienced, French speaking Senior Sales Manager to join their team with a key focus on sales in the EMEA region. They are looking for a dynamic individual who has fluency in multiple languages to establish sales strategies that align with the commercial objectives of the company, and can bring their expertise to manage existing accounts along with identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to generate revenue for the organisation.

Some of the duties for this role include:

  • Setting strategy and objectives for existing accounts and managing them accordingly
  • Track and record sales activities and account growth for current and potential future accounts in the EMEA market
  • Budget, plan and monitor departmental expenditure, along with liaison across teams for clear communication and support where necessary
  • Conducting both in person and virtual sales calls, setting up webinars and training sessions for products and services
  • Ensuring contractual agreements are understood within the sales division and up to date with new/existing accounts
  • Travelling to beautiful locations across the EMEA region to liaise with existing and potential clients

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fluent/ Professional level French
  • 5 - 7 years relevant experience within a similar role/level
  • Essential working knowledge of a second European language (particularly French, Spanish or Italian) is advantageous
  • Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Experience in working with and delivering in Europe and Middle Eastern markets
  • Strong communication, organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of modern Sales and Marketing tools and techniques
