What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to accurately assess project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to develop cost-effective solutions.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal pricing.
• Analyze tender results and provide recommendations for improving future bids.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator in the M&E industry, preferably in the data center orcommercial sectors.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimating software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
