Job Title: Mechanical Design Manager
Salary: 70,000 - 85,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

This fast-growing company, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Manager to lead and grow a new design team as they continue to expand rapidly due to ongoing success and increasing project wins.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion.
- Growig a team of design engineers, whilst managing sub-contracted design engineers & consultants.
- Experience either previously working for an M&E Contractor or a Consultancy.
- Strong internal & external presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative and work under time constraints.
- Preference shown for candidates with experience using CAD, Revit, Microsoft office & Amtech.
- Providing accurate and detailed design in a timely manner.
- Ability to produce specifications, schedules, drawings, and any other contract documents developed through the RIBA work stages.

- Industry leading basic salary and packages (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
