Looking for a skilled multi trader with experience in building repairs and maintenance.
The role involves undertaking routine reactive repairs as well as major renewals in occupied void properties.
Candidates must have relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds or NVQ, and a Part P electrical qualification.
The position requires a full clean driver's license, own vehicle with business insurance, and personal tools.
The job offers a salary of £36,000 per year and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Looking for a skilled multi trader with experience. Seeking somebody who has the ability to undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintanace, renewals and replacements within skills set ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals of insulations in occupied void properties. To identify and diagnose the causes of building faults and defects to i dentify the most appropriate solution to be applied.

8:am - 16:30pm

36 Hours a week.

Qualifiactions

City and Guilds / NVQ qualification or demontstrate time served experience

Part P electrical qualification

Gas Safe registered / certificate of competence

Essential

Must be able to do electrical installations

Full clean drivers licrnce and own vehichle with business insurance
