ROLE: Site Manager - Metalwork
LOCATION: London
PERMANENT: Up to 55,000 + Package
A top-tier architectural metalwork specialist is currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee high-profile architectural metalwork projects throughout London.
Duties:
Oversee, direct, and coordinate day-to-day site activities performed by the company and its subcontractors, with a focus on health and safety, planning, programming, and coordination with off-site activities.
Manage and control on-site operations for both in-house and subcontracted activities.
Monitor, record, and document daily site activities, including compiling site progress reports
Knowledge & Experience:
Proficient understanding of steel construction methods and practices in a management capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in planning and programming steelwork, balconies, metalwork, and associated installations.
Proven track record in producing risk assessments, method statements, and relevant site documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- CSCS Gold/Black/Platinum certification in site management.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Expertise in architectural metalwork, balconies, stairs, etc.
