As a Drama Teacher, youll work within a small, family-feel department alongside the Director of Performing Arts, delivering lessons mainly to KS3 students with some KS4 classes.
The school offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with a strong behaviour policy that ensures students remain engaged and focused during lessons.
