Early Career Teacher - ECT - English

Tradewind recruitment are working a secondary school based in Ealing who are currently looking for an Early Career English Teacher (ECT).

School are looking for someone to start from January 2025 on a long term contract until July 2025 or on a permanent contract.

This position is full time, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm.

Salary will match inner London MPS.

Ideal ECT English will be:

  • Deeply committed to teaching English to secondary students and eager to actively engage in the school community.
  • Skilled at setting and upholding high standards of student behaviour to foster a focused and productive classroom atmosphere.
  • Creative and inspiring, with well-developed routines and strategies that align with the school's core values.
