The Role:
  • Position: Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Setting).
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, depending on experience.
  • Start Date: Immediate.
  • Location: Waltham Forest, East London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with children in their early developmental stages, using creative play, sensory activities, and structured learning to support their growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for children aged 2-4 years.
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging EYFS-based activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children develop essential early learning skills.
  • Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in nursery or EYFS settings.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
