A Pre School in Hammersmith is looking for a qualified Teacher to join their team working alongside the Deputy Headteacher, Qualified teachers & TA's with the 2-4 year olds as it is an open plan pre school,

The Director is looking for someone who is warm, caring, kind and passionate about childcare.

This is a full time permanent position and you will be required to work 40 hours per week therefore please only apply if you can commit to the following:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Shifts will be 9am-6pm

Generous planning, preparation and assessment time and meeting times are contained within the 40 hours

  • Minimum Level 3 Qualified in Childcare however EYPS/EYTS would be disireable 
  • Experience working with Early Years
  • Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills both written & spoken

You will be required to carry out the following duties:

  • Provide the highest quality care and early years education for your assigned group of children
  •  Promote child welfare and ensure that safeguarding and health and safety procedures are maintained at all times
  • Working in a team and alongside Headteacher
  • Follow Nurseries policies and procedures
  • Sharing innovative new ideas
  • Ensuring the children's needs are met as well as keeping them safe at all times
  • Carry out observations and planning on key children
  • Communicate with children, staff and parents on a daily basis
