We are seeking Early Years Qualified Staff to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis across the London boroughs of Islington, Hackney, and Haringey. If you hold a qualification in Early Years Education (such as NNEB, Level 3 or equivalent), we would love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:
  • Qualified in Early Years Education (NNEB, Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Full-time availability
  • Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Safeguarding practices
  • Excellent behaviour management skills to support a positive learning environment
  • Passionate about child development and fostering a supportive, engaging space for children
  • Based in or willing to commute to Islington, Hackney, or Haringey
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and welfare of all children, following safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Utilise strong behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and social development
  • Work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support children's growth
