The Role

Do you have experience of working with children and want a role in a preschool where you can learn while you earn? Do you have a deep understanding of the importance of early years development? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are a preschool for two-to-four-year-olds that combines exceptional early years education with full-time care on site, looking to appoint an empathetic and conscientious Early Years Teacher to our growing team from September 2024.

You will work alongside our Deputy Headteacher, co-leading a preschool class ensuring high-quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent care and education for your assigned group of children.
Ensuring the welfare of children with robust safeguarding and health and safety practices.
Implement engaging and educational activities that promote child development.
Maintain a safe and stimulating environment for all children.
Regularly assess the developmental progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and staff.
