Requirements- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong foundation in Early Years education.

- Skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community.

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and team members to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0-5 years, with responsibility for planning, assessment, and overall development.
- Prepare and organize the classroom to ensure a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment that meets regulatory standards.
- Lead activities and assess progress, using insights to adapt plans and support each child's development journey.
