Link3 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery in London, Battersea, SW8.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children’s learning and development.
- Monitor and record children’s progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all children.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other nursery staff to deliver excellent childcare.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Level 2 Certificate in Childcare and Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and nurturing attitude towards children.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
