Day-to-day of the role:- Implement planned learning activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Foster a nurturing, creative, and inclusive environment that encourages children to learn and explore.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and colleagues to ensure consistency and quality of care.
- Adapt to the dynamic environment of the nursery, responding to the needs of the children and the team.
- Possess relevant childcare qualifications, such as CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education.
- Experience in early childhood development and working with children.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Creativity skills to develop engaging and educational activities.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
- First Aid certification and Safeguarding training are essential.
