  • Record and report pupils' progress to the teacher.
  • Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils to help them feel safe and enjoy their time at school.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-professional team.
  • Contribute to providing high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities and experiences, supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at helping pupils achieve their full potential in all areas of learning.
  • Adapt to the varying and changing needs of the school to ensure its smooth running. Promote pupils' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development, and spiritual well-being.
  • Provide a safe learning environment for pupils.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Good behaviour management and organisational skills.
  • Level 3 qualification in education.
  • A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Hays.
  • The right to work in the UK.
