Are you a qualified childcare professional with experience working with children aged 0-5? We are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Crèche Workers to join our dedicated teams across multiple children's centres in South London.
About the Role: As a Crèche Worker, you will provide essential care and support for young children, ensuring they are safe, happy, and engaged in developmentally appropriate activities. Your key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and caring for children aged 0-5 in a crèche setting
- Supporting children's early learning, play, and development
- Working with a team to create a nurturing, fun, and inclusive environment
- Engaging with families to ensure children's needs are met
- Assisting with setting up and tidying crèche spaces
Shifts range from 3-6 hours per day, with the possibility of additional hours based on our partnerships with local primary schools.
What We're Looking For:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 is essential
- A caring, patient, and positive approach to working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts across different locations
