About the Role:
  • Position: Nursery Nurse
  • Location: Haringey, London
  • Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day
  • Hours: Regular primary school hours (Monday to Friday)

As a Nursery Nurse, you will work alongside experienced staff to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and learning opportunities. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about early years education and enjoy working in a lively and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Creating and maintaining a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children
  • Assisting in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Observing and monitoring children's progress, documenting their development
  • Working closely with the teaching staff to provide a cohesive approach to children's learning
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, health, and hygiene at all times
Requirements:
  • Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (preferred)
  • A passion for early years education and supporting children's development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with children, parents, and colleagues
  • An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment
