About the Role:

As a Nursery Nurse within the Under 3's provision, you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners, helping to lay the foundation for their educational journey. Working full-time, Monday to Friday, you will provide exceptional care and support to children under 3, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the EYFS curriculum by delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Creating a nurturing, welcoming, and safe environment where children can build their confidence and independence.
  • Assisting with day-to-day routines, including meal times, personal care, and outdoor activities.
  • Observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to parents and carers.
  • Collaborating with the wider early years and school staff to deliver a seamless learning experience.
  • Ensuring all safeguarding and health and safety protocols are followed at all times.
