Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities as a Nursery Nurse.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Ideal Nursery Nurse
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working as a Nursery Nurse in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and promoting their well-being and development.
