This fantastic school is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Nurse to join their welcoming Under 3s provision.

As a Nursery Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing a caring and stimulating environment that supports the early development of young children. This is a perfect opportunity to make a real impact during these formative years.

• Work within the Under 3s provision to deliver play-based learning activities that support children's social, emotional, and academic development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment where children can grow and thrive.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff to meet the individual needs of each child.
• Promote early learning in communication, literacy, numeracy, and motor skills through engaging, hands-on activities.
• Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to learning and care.
• Support children in achieving key developmental milestones, encouraging confidence and independence.

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Early Years Education/Childcare.
• Has proven experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting (MUST HAVE).
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development milestones.
• Is passionate, patient, and committed to nurturing the growth of young children.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Is proactive, creative, and adaptable in their approach to supporting learning.
