Person Specification:

Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualificaiton. 

Genuine passion to want to work with children under 5 years of age

Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable)

Paediatric First Aid (Desirable)

Some of the Nursery Nurse responsibilities will Include:

  • Key worker responsibilities to a small group of children ensuring their individual, physical, emotional and educational needs are met
  • To maintain accurate development records on each key child
  • Working in partnership with parents
  • To adhere to all nursery policy and procedures
  • To work with EYFS curriculum and ensuring children are provided with age appropriate activities
  • To promote the equal opportunities
  • To attend monthly staff meetings, training and events as required
