Reeson Education have a great opportunity for Level 2 and 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a fantastic Early Years Centre in Islington.

Pay: £13.15 - £15.50 per hour

About the role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development, adapting to their unique needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a trauma-informed approach.
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
Requirements:
The ideal Nursery Practitioner will have:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- A passion for working with children in their early years.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and early years frameworks.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs.
