Are you a passionate and caring individual with a love for early years education? Join our team at an outstanding nursery located in the heart of Kensington. We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to provide exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and record children's development, sharing progress with parents and carers.
  • Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed.
Requirements
  • A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to childcare.
  • Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
