An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our clients friendly and nurturing team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

You will be responsible for:

  • Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a warm and inclusive environment where children feel happy, secure, and valued.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's development, supporting their individual learning journeys.
  • Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educator, Nursery Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3, or equivalent).
  • A strong understanding of theEYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
