Role Overview

As a Nursery Teacher, you will:

Inspire Young Learners: Lead the nursery class with creativity and dedication, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports early childhood development.

Deliver the Curriculum: Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of nursery-aged children, preparing them for their educational journey.

Foster Inclusivity: Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve.

Utilise a Beautiful Outdoor Area: Incorporate the school's well-designed outdoor space to enhance learning and promote exploration, creativity, and physical development.

Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with teaching assistants, fellow educators, and parents to ensure holistic support for each child's learning and development.

Monitor Progress: Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods to cater to individual needs effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (mandatory requirement).

Have demonstrated experience in early years or nursery teaching.

Be deeply passionate about early childhood education, with a strong commitment to nurturing and supporting young learners.
