- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment that promotes active learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded educational experience.
- Engage with parents and guardians, fostering strong home-school partnerships.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting, particularly in key stage 1.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping children reach their full potential.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and current teaching methods.
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
