Key Requirements:

  • Strong prior experience in nursery or early years teaching.
  • A relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
  • Must not be an Early Career Teacher (ECT); experience in early years settings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of development.
