CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Location: Sloane Square, Kensington and Chelsea
- Position: Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 3)
- Start Date: After the Easter holidays, 07/04/2025
- Contract Duration: Full-time role until the summer holidays, with potential to extend from September 2025
- Salary: £500-£550 per week

Role Overview:
As a CACHE Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Act as a key person for children aged 0 to 5, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
- Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities tailored to individual needs and interests.
- Conduct observations and assessments to monitor children's progress, setting developmental goals and fostering growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel secure and encouraged to explore and learn.
- Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication about their child's progress and well-being.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the nursery environment.
About You:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who:
- Holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or higher).
- Has experience of planning, observing, and using assessment tools to support each individual child's development needs.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Ofsted standards, and relevant legislation.
- Is experienced in supporting vulnerable families and children with SEN, working in partnership with other agencies to meet children's needs.
- Is flexible and open to change, ready to work cooperatively as part of a team.
