Your Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that support children's development.
- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment tailored to individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with parents, providing regular updates on progress.
- Observe, document, and report on children's development to ensure high-quality education.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain classroom standards, including equipment care and hygiene practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Montessori Teaching Qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Nursery Teacher or within an Early Years setting (1+ year preferred).
- Knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and EYFS curriculum.
- A nurturing and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's development.
