Tradewind are working with a Private Nursery based in the heart of Islington. The Nursery are looking to point a Nursery Teacher to work with 3-4-year-olds. Within the classroom there are around 16 20 children. Two Early Years Practitioner support in the classroom and the Deputy Manager of the nursery is also around to support. You will support a team of passionate early years practitioners working alongside other curriculum leaders to help achieve the best outcomes children.

  • ?? Age Group: 3-4-year-olds, class size of 16-20 children.
  • ?? Support: Two Early Years Practitioners in the classroom, with extra help from the Deputy Manager.
  • �? Teaching Style: Play-based learning, with a focus on small group work and project activities (currently working on scrapbooks). Outdoor fun in the small garden and nearby parks! �?
  • ?? Curriculum: Phonics and Read Write Inc incorporated into daily activities.
  • �? Breaks: 15-minute paid breakfast and afternoon breaks, 1-hour lunch, plus 2.5 hours of non-contact time.
  • ?? Planning: All planning and prep done at the nursery - no need to take work home!
