Key Responsibilities:

As the Reception Teacher and Early Years Phase Lead, you will:

  • Teaching Excellence: Deliver high-quality teaching to Reception students, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Development: Lead the development and implementation of an engaging and effective Early Years curriculum, ensuring alignment with the school's overall educational goals.
  • Phase Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Early Years team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in Reception or Early Years.
  • Proven leadership experience or a demonstrable passion for leading educational initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Early Years curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
