A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Brent as Reception Teacher & EYFS Lead. This full-time role starts in September and comes with an inner London salary plus TLR for leading EYFS.
Reception Teacher & EYFS Lead - The Role:
- Lead the EYFS team, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across the Early Years.
- Teach a Reception class, creating an engaging and supportive environment where children thrive.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape the EYFS curriculum and drive best practices.
- Support staff development and maintain strong relationships with parents and the wider school community.
- A supportive and values-driven environment where staff and students are encouraged to succeed.
- A creative and engaging curriculum that fosters independent thinking.
- A leadership team dedicated to professional development and high-quality teaching.
- A recent successful Ofsted inspection, meaning stability and minimal inspection pressures.
- A qualified teacher with EYFS experience (not suitable for ECTs).
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within Early Years.
- Passionate about creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for young children.
