•    Full-time and permanent contract – employed by the school
•    Inner London pay scale – MPS / UPS
•    Must have UK QTS
•    Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum required
•    Excellent subject knowledge & ability to differentiate 
•    Flexible and willing to go above and beyond for pupils
•    Excellent record of performance management / feedback from observations in previous roles / training
