Smart Teachers are recruiting for an experienced Teacher to cover a Reception class on a long term basis at a Primary school in Kensington and Chelsea
About the role- Covering a reception class, starting in January 2025 until the end of the academic year
- Planning is already in place but you will be expected to mark to a high standard
- You will be expected to further children's development with a strong focus on phonics
- Deliver a broad and balanced curriculum, focusing on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Ensure lessons are engaging and interactive
- 1 form entry Primary school in Kensington and Chelsea
- The school caters for a diverse cohort of pupils who stem from a number of different backgrounds
- The school offers modern classrooms, technology, and resources to enhance the learning experience
- Potential for a permanent position following the intial temporary role
- Located close to excellent transport links
To be considered for the role of Reception Teacher you will:
- Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Have previous experience Teaching in Early Years or KS1
