Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialisation or experience in Early Years education.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards in teaching, care, and professionalism.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive approach to delivering an exceptional Early Years curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of Early Years learners.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that meets all educational and welfare standards.
- Employ innovative teaching methods to inspire curiosity and engagement, adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and the wider school community to encourage collaboration and support.
- Assess and monitor pupils' progress, using the data to inform planning and provide personalised support.
