Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?

A lovely SEN School in Islington are looking to recruit an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who has experience working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, full-time to start ASAP

The Role 

The role will involve working 1:1 with a pupil with ASC. In this role, you will be assisting the pupils  to engage in their learning, assisting them to develop strategies to self-regulate their emotions and supporting them to develop confidence, self-esteem and independence. You should have good subject knowledge in English and Math's in order to support them within their lessons. You must be able to reflect on your practice and be proactive about adapting your practice to suit the pupils needs and be able to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary teams.

The School 

The School caters for young people from the age of 13 - 19 with with Autism and/or speech, language and communication needs. It is an Ofsted rated Good School in central London and has excellent transport links.
