About the Role:

As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to students with autism, helping them with their academic and personal development. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment tailored to each student’s individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in delivering structured learning activities for students with ASD
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development
  • Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies
  • Provide 1-to-1 and small group support where necessary
  • Encourage positive behavior and help build students’ confidence and independence
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure students’ needs are fully met
Requirements:
