Job Description:

Reed Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate ASD Teaching Assistants to join our team and support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in schools and resource bases across Southwark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with ASD, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
  • Assist with classroom activities and provide one-on-one support as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with ASD or other special educational needs (SEN).
