Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management:Support the Headteacher in the overall management of the school, including strategic planning and implementation of school policies.
  • Curriculum Development:Lead and oversee the development and delivery of the Humanities or STEM curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Staff Development:Mentor and support teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities and fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
  • Student Achievement:Monitor and evaluate student progress, implementing strategies to raise achievement and address any areas of concern.
  • Parental Engagement:Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community, promoting the school's values and ethos.

Requirements
