We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a Primary SEMH School in North West London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the classroom teacher and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with students, teachers, and parents on a daily basis.Responsibilities:
  • Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and materials organization.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help or guidance.
  • Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement lesson plans.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to the teacher and parents.
  • Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations and modifications as required.
