The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant

This PRU requires an experienced Behaviour Teaching Assistant to help and support their most challenging students on a 1:1 basis. To be considered for this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role you must have previous experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviour and would also have previously completed Team Teach Training (although this is not essential). For this Behaviour Teaching Assistant role, you must have a calm and empathetic approach and must be willing to go the extra mile to see students succeed.

This PRU is an Alternative Provision catering for 50 students aged 14- 19 who have been excluded from mainstream school. This PRU is a small provision based in Lambeth and aims to transform the lives of the young people who are unable to thrive within mainstream education. This PRU was recently graded as 'Outstanding' in their recent Ofsted inspection.
